Your Business Nation Affiliate Partner Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 14, 2025
Introduction
Welcome to the Your Business Nation Affiliate Partner Program. By signing up as an affiliate partner ("Affiliate") with Your Business Nation ("Company"), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in the program.
Enrollment in the Program
To become an Affiliate, you must complete and submit the Referral Form available on our Affiliate Partner Portal. Your Business Nation reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Referral Process
Upon submitting a referral, the Affiliate must inform the referred party that Your Business Nation will contact them within 24 hours. Your Business Nation will engage with the referred client to discuss potential projects and services.
Commission Structure
• Standard Commission: Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% of the project value for each successful referral, up to a maximum of $250.
• Bonus: If the commission exceeds $250, in addition to the standard commission, the Affiliate will receive a Hotel Savings Card valued at $300.
Payment Terms
Commissions are payable only after the referred client has signed a contract and Your Business Nation has received full payment for the project. Payments will be processed within 30 days following the receipt of payment from the referred client. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with commission payments.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all communications with Your Business Nation and referred clients.
• Not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical practices.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Termination
Your Business Nation reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any pending commissions will be forfeited.
Modification of Terms
Your Business Nation may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Affiliate Partner Portal. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Limitation of Liability
Your Business Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid or payable to the Affiliate under
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Your Business Nation and the Affiliate concerning the Affiliate Partner Program and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
Acknowledgment
By participating in the Your Business Nation Affiliate Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
